Tips

The kit comes without Speaker , this must be soldered.
The LCD is 11% larger than the OEM display. The Q5 kit can still be used with OEM shells and Shells with image section in original size - a small part of the visible image is covered by the shell and the display pane. However, as the DMG-01 provides a generous frame around the visible image, the image coverage is only minimal.
To achieve an optimal result, the viewing window of the shell must be enlarged by approx. 2mm on each side and special Q5 Glass panes must be used.

The mod / installation requires basic technical knowledge and appropriate tools.
ATTENTION: The Display must be tested BEFORE installation! Before you install the LCD kit, you first need to test it (dry run). It is important that the LCD is tested outside the shell BEFORE installation so that damage caused by the installation can be ruled out. Likewise, no adhesives must have been applied, LCD frames used or soldering work carried out. The LCD is very fragile and can be destroyed by even slight pressure. Complaints about kits that have already been installed will unfortunately have to be rejected without exception!
