Service orders

When ordering a service, you must first send in your own product so that the service can be carried out. There are a few things to bear in mind to ensure that the order is completed to your satisfaction.

How does a service order work?

1) Please add the item with any options to the shopping basket and complete the purchase. The shipping costs in this case are for the return of your item.

2) Pack your item well and send it always with tracking:

3) It is best to send us the consignment number so that we can track the consignment status and let you know if there are any problems with the delivery.

4) After the service has been completed, we will send the item back to you insured and with tracking.
